This return and refund policy (“Return and Refund Policy”) governs goods and items (hereinafter, an “Item”) sold by or through Peddling Post, LLC, whether online or in person (hereinafter, "Peddling Post”, "we", "us", or "our"), including through our website https://www.peddlingpost.com.

 

Returns and Exchanges


Except as set forth below, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any Items purchased from us, and all sales are final.  Additionally, we do not accept exchanges of any Items.

 

All Items purchased from us are done so on an “as is” and “where is” basis and with all faults and defects. Peddling Post makes none, and expressly disclaims, all representations and warranties, whether express or implied regarding Items sold by or through us.

 

Limited Right to Refund for Damaged Products

 

Notwithstanding anything else in this Return and Refund Policy to contrary, if an Item purchased from us arrives damaged, we will refund the cost of such Item to your original form of payment within 15 business days after return of the damaged product to us.  Send us an email at peddler@peddlingpost.com, and we will coordinate with you how to return your damaged Item.  Shipping, handling and re-stocking fees may apply.

Peddling Post may modify or update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time to reflect the changes in our business and practices, and so you should review this page periodically. We have no obligation to notify you when we make any change to this Return and Refund Policy.
